Terms of Use

• You must be 18 or older.
• Use your real name and a phone number that belongs to you.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts will be removed, together with any points they earned.
• The information you give must be true. Tell us if it changes.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private. For your safety you are logged out after 10 minutes without activity. If you forget your password, reset it from the Forgot password page. Never share a reset code: Evidence Group staff will never ask you for your password. If you think someone else has used your account, contact us straight away.

Anyone who meets section 1 can join as a supporter. Submitting your PVC details for verification is optional (see the PVC Data Policy). Administrators may approve or reject a submission. Your Evidence Group ID shows that you are a member of the movement. It is not a government identity document and gives you no official authority.

• Points come from people who join with your invite link, daily tasks, and awards from administrators for work in the field. Badges, tiers and certificates follow from them.
• They are recognition only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or favours, and cannot be transferred.
• Points earned through fake accounts, fake referrals or any other abuse will be removed, and the account may be flagged or suspended.
• We may change how points and badges work. We will show the current rules on the site.

When you use this platform or act in the name of Evidence Group, you must not:

• offer, request or accept money, gifts or any benefit in exchange for a vote, a PVC or voter information;
• take, hold, buy or sell anyone’s PVC;
• threaten, harass or incite violence against anyone, or use hate speech;
• spread information you know to be false, or pretend to be someone else;
• upload photos or documents you have no right to share;
• try to break into accounts or systems, or collect other members’ details.

Take part peacefully and within the law, including the Electoral Act 2022 and INEC’s regulations. Report any wrongdoing to us.

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You allow us to use them for the purpose you uploaded them for: your membership banner and ID card, verification, or reports. Upload only photos of yourself or documents that belong to you.

Coordinators and agents get extra access to do their role and must use it only for that role. Figures and photos entered on election days must be true and complete. Our records are Evidence Group’s own and are not official INEC results. Agents at polling units must follow INEC’s rules.

Donations are voluntary and are processed by Paystack. Donate only your own money and only as the law allows. If something goes wrong with a donation, contact us with your payment reference.

We may flag, suspend or remove an account, or remove content, that breaks these terms or the law. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why. You can also ask us to close your account at any time.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using it. Links to other sites, such as INEC’s, are for convenience and those sites have their own terms.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell members about important changes on their dashboard. If you keep using the site afterwards, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
